Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from abbey. If the item is damaged or your order was incorrect, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase. If not, please note all sales are final and may not be returned, cancelled, or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Orders made with promotion codes are returnable unless stated otherwise in the promo code terms and conditions.
